Hello! I'm Greta.

I have 3 simple mantras which fuel my love for people and everything I do:

  • You cannot give what you don’t have.
  • It pays to be memorable.  
Abridged version of me; I have a passion for creating positive experiences through my work.  So, I use training to expand human potential, which is a key enabler in helping customers, and each other. I am a Trainer. So, you can see how my mantras weave in nicely. My journey revolves mainly around the art of customer service (yes, it is an art!) and experience.  I have always been in customer-facing roles, ever since my first summer job selling ice-cream, which is how I really gained so much learning and love for people. With my expertise, I also bring warmth and energy.
